The Pink Hammer is a cleverly crafted comedy that frames the story of four women determined to build new skills, new friendships and a little more confidence along the way.
Expecting a straightforward ladies-only carpentry course, Annabel, Helen, Louise and Siobhan instead find themselves pitching in with Woody, an out-of-work builder whose patience may be in shorter supply than his timber. Despite a shaky start, the group begins laying the foundations for something special.
Packed with colourful characters, plenty of laughs and more than a few crooked cuts, this delightful production shows how unexpected friendships can be built one plank at a time. Beneath the sawdust and banter lies a touching story about resilience, courage and discovering strengths you never knew you had.
Don’t leave this one on the drawing board!
