Te Kauwhata Community Patrol

You’ve seen us about, maybe not as often as we’d like, but as often as we can. Just ordinary people of all walks of life, spending 4 or so hours each month to help our community safe. 

We note and report suspicious or unsafe situations and work together with the local police.

Last month the current 23 registered members patrolled for 91 hours while travelling 1050kms. We receive financial support from the local Lions and the TK Water Association without which we wouldn’t be able to operate.

We are always looking for extra members so if you are interested please contact Christine via email at [email protected] to register that interest and she will let you know how to go from there.

 On 10 April we have our AGM at 7.30pm at the Golf Club, to which the public is cordially invited.
