If you’ve walked into the Huntly Museum lately, you’ve likely been greeted by one of the town’s most dedicated and infectious smiles.
Today, we are shining a well-deserved spotlight on Toriesa, a superstar volunteer who has been a cornerstone of the museum team for nearly three years!
Toriesa is best known for her kind-spirited nature and smile that seems permanently fixed, regardless of the task at hand. Her reliability makes her a fantastic asset to the Museum, when Toriesa commits to something, you can trust it will be done with excellence and a great attitude, whether it’s helping with events or supporting staff when needed , her enthusiasm and passion is outstanding.
But her hard work doesn’t stop at the museum doors! Toriesa is currently levelling up her talents by taking a Life Skills course, where she is mastering the tools to navigate the world with even more confidence and independence.
When she’s not busy being a hometown hero or studying hard, you can find Toriesa staying active. She’s a big fan of the outdoors, often spotted enjoying local walks or cruising around on her bike scooter.
Huntly Museum is lucky to have her, and we can’t wait to see what she achieves next. Go, Toriesa!
